Customer Service Representative

Process: Customer Service Executive – Yes Bank

Location: Kasarwadawali, Thane (W)

Qualification: Graduate To Any Postgraduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service interactions
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
• Maintain service quality standards as per bank guidelines
• Update customer records and follow internal processes
• Coordinate with internal teams when required

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Good communication skills
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Experienced candidates are preferred
• Candidates from BSC (IT) background are not eligible
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs

Benefits and Compensation:

• Salary: 18,000 to 20,000 in hand
• Incentives based on performance
• Pick-up and drop facility from Thane Station to office
