Customer Service Representative

Job Role:- Godrej Inbound Process - Inbound Customer Support

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls for Godrej customers.

Address customer queries and provide accurate information.

Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.

Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduates are eligible to apply.

Candidates with relevant experience can apply.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

Customer-oriented approach and problem-solving skills.

Shift Details:

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: 1 rotational off

Salary Package:

Salary: Up to ₹21,000 per month

Maximum CTC: ₹25,000 per annum

Location: Thane – ETPL

Centralized pick-up and drop facility available from Thane Station

Additional Information:

Immediate joiners preferred.
