Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Inbound Process (Reliance Retail)
Eligibility:
HSC and Graduate Freshers can apply
Good English communication skills are mandatory
Job Role:
Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate support while maintaining service quality standards
Salary:
Graduate: ₹20,000 CTC (₹16,000 in-hand)
HSC: ₹18,000 CTC (₹14,000 in-hand)
Shift Timings:
Rotational Day Shifts
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
1 Rotational Week Off
