Salary: upto 3,50,000 CTC depends on interview
Job Profile / Responsibilities:
1. Explaining Kotak 811 features, benefits & digital banking services
2. 75% customer service 25% cross sell.
3. Maintaining customer data and follow-ups
4. Solving Queries
Inbound plus cross selling process
Flexible to work 24/7 (For Females: 7AM till 8PM) including Sunday/holidays
Rotational 8 week offs in a month
Note: No working gaps more than 6 month
