Job Description
Job Title: 811 Inbound Executive
Location: Wagle Estate, Thane
Job Type: Full-Time
- Job Responsibilities:Attend inbound and outbound calls from customers to address queries and process requests efficiently and accurately
- Identify and convert cross-selling opportunities of banking products during customer interactions
- Ensure quality communication and deliver excellent customer service within productivity and service benchmarks
- Provide consistent “customer delight” by resolving queries and issues in a timely manner
- Maintain and complete all required logs and reports as per end-of-day targets
- Key Skills & Qualifications:Strong communication skills
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to identify and act on cross-selling opportunities
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Compensation:Annual Salary: ₹2,80,000 to ₹3,50,000
