We are hiring Customer Service Executives for leading Multinational Companies (MNCs) located in Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates to start or grow their career in the customer service industry.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer queries through calls, chats, or emails. Your role is to provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries professionally via call or chat support.
- Provide accurate information and resolve complaints within TAT.
- Maintain call quality and meet daily performance targets.
- Ensure excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility:
- Qualification: HSC Passed / Graduate (Any Stream)
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Excellent communication in English (verbal & written).
- Ready to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
