Job Description
We’re hiring at Thane for the role of Customer Service Executive (Night Shift)
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:30 AM
Fixed Week Offs: Saturday & Sunday
Role: Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process
*Salary & Benefits:*
• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 (Based on Interview) + Incentives
• Night Allowance: ₹2,000 – ₹3,000
• Unlimited Incentives can be earned

*Key Responsibilities:*
• Make outbound calls to customers
• Assist and communicate service details clearly
• Qualify leads based on specific guidelines
• Maintain accurate records in CRM*
