• Outbound voice process with cross selling
• Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain conversations with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Education: Must be a Graduate; freshers are encouraged to apply. Undergrad 10 openings available
• Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills are essential.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
