Hiring: Customer Service Executive – Technical Support (Telecom Process)

- Shift Timing: US Shifts (6:00 PM – 11:00 AM, any 9-hour shift)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer service calls
- Provide technical support and resolve customer queries
