Key Responsibilities: ● Process Execution: Conduct Video KYC calls for Branch International customers efficiently and professionally. ● Compliance: Strictly follow all KYC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines (e.g., verifying ID proofs, checking liveliness). ● Performance: Consistently meet set KPIs ● Communication: Guide customers through the video verification process clearly and politely.
