Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our International BPO process. You will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities in global markets USA ,qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales closing team. This role is ideal for individuals with exceptional communication skills and a passion for sales. 

Key Responsibilities

• Market Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, personalized email prospecting, and social selling to target decision-makers in international markets.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily outreach volume and monthly lead generation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a neutral or adaptable accent for international clients.
• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in an International BPO (Outbound Sales/Lead Gen) is preferred; freshers with excellent communication are welcome.
• Soft Skills: Strong objection-handling abilities, persistence, and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in night shifts to align with international time zones.
