Customer Support Executive

We are hiring dynamic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professionals for our International Backoffice Process in Thane.

This role requires handling accurate medical device support (non-clinical), and ensuring a smooth, high-quality service experience.

Requirements

🔸 Qualifications: -

• HSC / Graduate (minimum)
• Minimum 6 months of International BPO experience (Backoffice process)

🔸 Essential Skills

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multitask, work with technical devices, and manage data accurately.
• Comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment, including night shifts.

Salary :

• 💰₹25,000 - ₹27,000 (In-hand)

Shifts & Working Days

• 24x7 Rotational Shifts
• 2 Rotational Weekly Offs
