Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support and Product Advisor executives for a Voice Process role. The position involves handling customer calls, promoting services, resolving queries, and delivering a quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Pitch products/services and drive sales conversions
• Resolve customer queries clearly and professionally
• Maintain accurate call and customer records
• Meet assigned performance and quality targets

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 6 months–1 year in Collections / Voice Process
• Qualification: HSC and above
• Age: 21+ years
• Languages (any one): Marathi+Hindi / Gujarati+Hindi / Punjabi+Hindi / Bengali+Hindi
• Good communication and customer handling skills

Salary & Benefits

• ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on role & experience)

Work Details

• Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• 6 days working
• Rotational weekly off

Walk-In Time: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
