Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and concerns via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media professionally.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing/production team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Track orders and ensure dispatch within committed timelines.
- Generate pickups and coordinate with courier/logistics partners.
- Monitor delivery status and follow up on delayed shipments.
- Identify and resolve delivery failed attempts (NDRs) by coordinating with customers and courier partners.
- Address order-related issues such as delays, damages, wrong products, or replacements.
