Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and concerns via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media professionally.
  • Coordinate with the manufacturing/production team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Track orders and ensure dispatch within committed timelines.
  • Generate pickups and coordinate with courier/logistics partners.
  • Monitor delivery status and follow up on delayed shipments.
  • Identify and resolve delivery failed attempts (NDRs) by coordinating with customers and courier partners.
  • Address order-related issues such as delays, damages, wrong products, or replacements.
