Job Title: Customer Support ExecutiveLocation: Thane

Salary: ₹14,500 – ₹25,000 (In-hand) + Unlimited Incentives

Job DescriptionWe are hiring Customer Support Executives to handle customer interactions through calls. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, and providing accurate information while maintaining high service quality.

  • Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain clear and accurate communication with customers
  • Achieve individual and team targets (where applicable)
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-up
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards
  • Eligibility CriteriaFreshers are welcome to apply
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year preferred in:
