Job Description
Qualifications: • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Mechanical Engineering. • Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. • 2– 5 Years of experience in HVAC Estimation/Costing for Pharma / Cleanroom Projects. • Ability to work in teams and contribute to project success. • Attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, materials & Pharma HVAC standards • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel
oles and Responsibilities: 1. HVAC Cost Estimation & Tendering Prepare detailed BOQ & cost estimates for pharma HVAC systems (AHU, Chillers, Ducting, Piping, Cleanroom Air Systems). Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to derive precise costing. Develop rate analysis for materials, fabrication, and subcontracting work
