Job Description
Job Title: Dispatcher
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatcher who can manage daily dispatch operations. The candidate must be able to read and understand English and have basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries and pickups
- Communicate with drivers and staff
- Prepare and update dispatch records
- Track shipments and delivery status
- Handle phone calls and emails
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods
Requirements:
- Ability to read and understand English (mandatory)
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, data entry)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail and time management
Qualification:
- Minimum10th/pass 12th pass (preferred)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
