Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and responsible E-Commerce Operations Executive who can manage our online operations smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proper and timely dispatch of all orders
- Creating and managing FBA shipments
- Checking available products in FBA and maintaining stock accuracy
- Handling Safty-t-claims / support cases
- Daily coordination for seamless e-commerce operations
- Ensuring order accuracy, timely updates, and smooth workflow
Requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce platforms (Amazon preferred)
- Knowledge of FBA processes and order management
- Ability to handle operational issues efficiently
- Good communication and basic computer skills
