👨🎓 Counsel students & parents about JEE/NEET courses, fees & admission process
🎯 Achieve monthly & quarterly admission targets
🔄 Follow up with prospective students to ensure conversions
📊 Maintain records of leads, admissions & follow-ups in CRM/MIS
🤝 Coordinate with academic & operations teams for smooth onboarding
🎤 Represent institute at events, seminars & promotional activities
