Job Summary:Surya Power Solutions is looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems, specifically for EV charging infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling grid connections, transformer installations, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:🔹 Project Execution & Installation:

• Supervise and execute electrical installations, including transformers, kiosks, feeder pillars, and EV chargers.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for electrical and civil work.
• Ensure proper cabling, earthing, and metering as per project requirements.

🔹 Technical Support & Compliance:

• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with MSEDCL (Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd.) and other regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any electrical issues.

🔹 Licensing & Documentation:

• Assist in obtaining necessary grid approvals and licensing from electricity boards.
• Maintain proper documentation for power connections and transformer installations.

🔹 Testing & Commissioning:

• Conduct pre-commissioning and final testing of EV chargers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical faults.

🔹 Safety & Quality Control:

• Ensure all installations meet electrical safety standards.
• Implement proper grounding and protection systems.

Skills & Qualifications:✅ Education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering.

✅ Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in electrical installation, power distribution, or EV infrastructure.

✅ Technical Skills: Transformer installation, switchgear, control panels, cable routing, and earthing.

✅ Knowledge: Grid connections, MSEDCL licensing, and EV charging station setup.

✅ Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical design tools.

✅ Additional Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and team coordination abilities.
