Job Description (JD): Industrial Electrician

Job Title: Industrial Electrician / Maintenance Electrician/WireMan

Location: [Thane West]

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience

Job Summary: We are looking for a disciplined and skilled Electrician to handle all electrical maintenance and repair tasks at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must be experienced with industrial electrical systems and maintain a highly organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Testing: Regularly test and monitor 3-phase electrical connections from the main grid, generator, and ATS to factory machines.
• Fault Finding: Quickly diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues to minimize machine downtime.
• Repair & Rewiring: Perform routine repairs, replace damaged wiring, and install new electrical components as needed.
• Tool Usage: Expertly handle hand tools and measurement devices like multimeters, clamp meters, and testers.
• Organization: Keep the electrical room, panels, and toolkits clean and well-organized. Maintain a basic log of repairs and inspections.

Requirements:

• Education: ITI (Electrician/Wireman) or equivalent diploma preferred.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a factory or industrial setting.
• Skills: Strong understanding of 3-phase circuits and industrial safety standards.
• Physical Ability: Capable of working on the factory floor and using manual tools for extended periods.
