Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our engineering and manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing design, regulatory documentation, and production coordination while ensuring quality and compliance across all device manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Production End-to-end (Planning, assembly, and testing)
• Set up as needed the engineering and production resources
• Manage product design and continuous improvement
• Coordinate software development with internal/external teams
• Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation
• Drive DFM initiatives to optimize design for large-scale manufacturability
• Prepare the Engineering Function for scaling up
Required Skills & Experience
• Production management and Design
• Strong understanding of ISO 13485 and regulatory processes
• Embedded systems and product design
• Software development / Testing and Implementation
• Leadership and coordination
