Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated ERP Telecaller responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining ERP software solutions, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to understand business requirements and introduce ERP solutions such as ERPNext, SAP Business One, and other ERP systems.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients to introduce ERP solutions.
  • Generate and qualify leads for ERP implementation projects.
  • Explain product features and benefits of ERP software.
  • Schedule product demos with the sales or technical team.
  • Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain lead information and call records in CRM.
  • Understand basic business processes like finance, inventory, sales, and manufacturing.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
  • Required SkillsGood verbal communication in English, Hindi, and regional language.
  • Basic understanding of ERP software or business applications.
  • Experience in telecalling / inside sales / IT product sales preferred.
  • Ability to convince and handle customer objections.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel.
  • Preferred ExperienceExperience selling ERP solutions like ERPNext or SAP Business One.
  • Background in IT software sales, SaaS sales, or B2B calling.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of outbound calls per day
