We have requirements for the Position of Documentation Executive (DGFT/Exim)

Work experience related DGFT will be an added advantage

Experience in export documentation is must.

Roles & Responsibilities for documentation Executive (DGFT-Advance Authorization)

English Speaking & Writing. Should be able to Draft Emails & Quotation Good Communication skills.

1. Must be able to Complete documentation of application & redemption files in the lowest time possible.

2. Able to learn & Handle new tasks pertaining to restricted Import/Export License, AEO, SCOMET, etc. single handedly. Or any other new concept introduced in the upcoming FTP.

3. Design internal checklists for every application type & responsible for thorough checking of all applications.

4. Knowledge of FTP (EPCG/AA/DFIA) will be an added advantage

6. Drafting of Deficiency Letter (DL) Reply Letters/Emails.
