Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (can be adjusted if required)

Job Description

We are looking for a courteous and customer-focused F & B Associate to join our food and beverage service team. The role involves delivering excellent guest service, maintaining service standards, and supporting smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a polite and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar
• Serve food and beverages as per service standards
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables and service areas
• Handle guest queries and complaints promptly
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service protocols
• Support team members during peak service hours

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass; Hotel Management diploma/degree preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in F & B service (freshers can apply)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable personality with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work in shifts
