Facility Manager Technical

Technical Facility Manager:

• Oversee operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all MEP systems (Electrical, Plumbing, Fire & Safety).
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance as per schedules and statutory norms.
• Manage AMCs, vendor coordination, and technical audits.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and local regulations.
• Support technical upgrades, site inspections, and handover activities.
• Lead, train, and supervise technical and support staff.
• Coordinate with clients, society committees, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare reports and maintenance plans.
• Handle complaints, escalations, and emergency situations professionally.
• Plan manpower deployment, shifts, and performance monitoring.
• Promote teamwork, discipline, and customer-centric service delivery.
