🧾 Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Field Collection Executive to collect payments from customers, follow up on overdue accounts, and maintain proper collection records. The candidate will visit customers at their location and ensure timely recovery as per company guidelines.

• 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers daily for field collections
• Collect EMI / loan / outstanding payments
• Follow up on overdue and delinquent accounts
• Explain payment details and resolve customer queries
• Meet daily and monthly collection targets
• Follow company policies and ethical collection practices
• 🧠 Required SkillsGood communication skills (local language preferred)
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps
• Ability to travel within assigned area
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Two-wheeler preferred
