Job Title: Feet-on-Street / Field Executive

Location: Ghatkopar to Kalyan (Field-based)

Reporting Office: Thane

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and reliable Feet-on-Street / Field Executive to manage on-ground activities across the Ghatkopar to Kalyan region. The role involves field visits, data collection, coordination, and regular reporting to the Thane office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily field visits as per assigned locations
• Collect, verify, and update on-ground data
• Coordinate with internal teams and supervisors
• Ensure timely completion of assigned field tasks
• Submit daily/weekly activity and status reports
• Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders on the field
• Follow company processes and compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a field-based role
• Familiarity with the Ghatkopar–Kalyan area
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and reporting tools
• Preferred Skills:Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Good time management and planning skills
• Problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
