Job Description
Field Sales Executive – FMCG (Papad & Grocery Products)
We are a local FMCG food manufacturing brand dealing in Papad (Urad & Moong). We are looking for field sales staff to sell our products in kirana & grocery shops.
🧑💼 Job Responsibilities
Visit kirana, grocery & provision stores daily
Take orders for papad products (1 kg, 500 g, 200 g, ₹20 & ₹30 packs)
Open new retail outlets and develop assigned market area
Follow up for repeat orders & payment collection
Submit daily sales report on WhatsApp
👉 Minimum 25–30 shops/day compulsory
🎯 Sales Targets
Monthly billing target: 800 kg
Minimum 40 new shops/month
Non-performers will not be continued after probation. Must be comfortable with walking, convincing shopkeepers, and daily target pressure. Local market knowledge & existing kirana contacts preferred
