Role OverviewWe are looking for a confident and engaging Freelance Anchor/Presenter to feature in our real estate marketing videos. The anchor will be responsible for presenting property highlights, project features, and brand messaging in a professional and appealing on-camera style.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Present real estate projects on camera for promotional/marketing videos.
• Explain property features, amenities, location advantages, and pricing highlights.
• Deliver scripted and/or improvised lines confidently.
• Coordinate with the marketing and video production team during shoots.
• Maintain professional grooming and presentation suitable for luxury/property branding.
• Be comfortable with multiple takes and on-site shooting environments.

Requirements:-

• Prior experience in anchoring, presenting, hosting, or acting preferred.
• Strong communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional language as required).
• Confident body language and clear diction.
• Camera-friendly personality with expressive delivery.
• Ability to memorize or read scripts naturally.
• Flexible availability for shoot schedules.

Deliverables:-

• Project walkthrough videos
• Promotional reels/shorts
• Event/property launch coverage (if required)

Compensation:-

• Freelance / Per day / Per project basis (as mutually agreed).
