We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design a wide range of materials, including pamphlets, brochures, logos, websites, and social media posts. You will play a key role in understanding client needs and delivering high-quality design solutions that exceed expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Design Development:**

  - Create visually appealing and effective designs for pamphlets, brochures, logos, websites, and other marketing materials.

  - Develop unique and engaging social media posts that align with client branding and marketing strategies.

2. **Client Interaction:**

  - Understand and interpret client needs and design briefs accurately.

  - Coordinate with clients to ensure their vision and requirements are met.

3. **Collaboration:**

  - Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and develop design concepts.

  - Collaborate with the client service team to ensure designs meet client expectations and project timelines.

4. **Image Retouching and Layout Creation:**

  - Perform image retouching and editing to enhance the visual quality of designs.

  - Create and refine layouts for various print and digital media, ensuring a cohesive and professional appearance.

5. **Project Management:**

  - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

  - Maintain organized project files and documentation.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.

- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand and interpret client needs and translate them into compelling designs.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
