Job Role: Guardant Healthcare – US Healthcare Voice Process

Location: Thane (27X7 Shift)

Job Description:

Guardant Healthcare is hiring Customer Service Executives for the US Healthcare Voice Process. The role involves handling voice-based customer interactions, assisting with healthcare-related queries, and providing accurate information while maintaining high service quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• HSC or Graduate
• Minimum 6 months of voice-based customer service experience (mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills required
• Strong spoken English and grammar proficiency

Assessment Requirements:

• AMCAT assessment mandatory before the Operations round
• SVAR (Spoken English & Grammar) score of 65 required
• Quality requirement: C2

Interview Rounds:

• HR Round
• AMCAT Assessment
• Operations Round

Salary:

Up to ₹35,000 in-hand (based on experience and performance)

Shift:

24/7 rotational shifts (IBU boundaries strictly followed)

Working Days:

5 days working with any 2 rotational week offs

Thane (Work from Office)
