• Ensuring that all retail banking activities, products, and services offered by the bank are in full compliance with applicable laws & regulations. 
• Responsible for Managing legal disputes and litigation matters related to retail banking operations. 
• Managing relationships with external legal firms and vendors to ensure the bank receives high-quality legal services when required. 
• Identifying and assessing legal risks associated with retail banking activities and developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Developing and implementing internal policies and procedures specific to retail banking that align with legal requirements and best practices. 
• Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the retail banking sector and advising the bank's management on potential implications. 7.Maintain documentation in accordance to legal & regulatory compliance.

Experience: 10 to 15 years
