Language: Marathi (Mandatory) Hindi and English

Gender: Male (Preferred) / Female (If interested as they need to travel when necessary for couple of days)

What You Will Do | Job Responsibility:

·        Daily Scan the IPD files

·        To cooperate/coordinate with other medical & nursing for completing the records

·        To make the monthly Quality indicators, MIS reports, and other statistical reports according to the needs

·        Coordinate with all centers regarding IPD & OPD data

·        To maintain warehouse file storage process

·        To check complete & incomplete status of all main centers

·        To maintain warehouse & store the IP files and register center wise

·        Tag the barcodes on the fixed assets as per the given list

·        The procurement that have been fixed center-wise should be tagged with system-generated codes

·        Monthly, check and verify the department wise-barcode list and prepare reports to inform the manager.

·        The audit team will support the physical verification of assets.

·        Maintain records of asset categorization and location, new purchase details, assets description, and information about sales, discarding, destruction and missing alerts.

·        In case of any missing asset, inform Thane HQ immediately.
