Job Description

Helpdesk Executive:

  • Act as the first point of contact for residents and members at the clubhouse
  • Handle enquiries, requests, and complaints in a polite and professional manner
  • Maintain a log of complaints and service requests and ensure timely follow-up
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and vendors for issue resolution
  • Manage bookings for clubhouse amenities (gym, pool, banquet hall, etc.)
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in queries efficiently
  • Maintain daily reports, registers, and basic MIS records
  • Ensure smooth front desk operations and provide excellent customer service
  • Follow clubhouse rules, SOPs, and escalation protocols
