Job Description
Helpdesk Executive:
- Act as the first point of contact for residents and members at the clubhouse
- Handle enquiries, requests, and complaints in a polite and professional manner
- Maintain a log of complaints and service requests and ensure timely follow-up
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and vendors for issue resolution
- Manage bookings for clubhouse amenities (gym, pool, banquet hall, etc.)
- Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in queries efficiently
- Maintain daily reports, registers, and basic MIS records
- Ensure smooth front desk operations and provide excellent customer service
- Follow clubhouse rules, SOPs, and escalation protocols
