Position

/Functional Goals

• To oversee all housekeeping activities in the facility & ensure high

standards and upkeep are maintained.

Duties &

Responsibilities

• Wears proper uniforms and safety gear as per industrial norms.

• Uses the right equipment and right material judiciously

• Ensures proper signage’s are displayed during the cleaning process.

• Maintains the highest standards of cleanliness in assigned areas allocated.

• Promptly responds to urgent cleaning requirements of the client.

• Collection of garbage from all flats.

• Disposal of garbage to the Organic Waste Converter department.

• Dry & Wet mopping of ground and stilt floor lobbies twice a day.

• Cleaning of lift lobbies and staircases of all floors.

• Cleaning of refuge floors.

• Cleaning of terrace areas.

• Daily sweeping of parking areas.

• Weekly cleaning of all service shafts.
