Housekeeping Supervisor

Role: Housekeeping supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise housekeeping operations across 2–3 shifts
• Conduct regular cleaning inspections and quality checks
• Perform routine rounds to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
• Fill and maintain housekeeping checklists and reports
• Monitor and update consumption stock lists (cleaning materials, supplies, etc.)
• Coordinate with the Front End (FE) team for daily updates

Use the Nexus application to:

• Check for service tickets
• Ensure timely closure of raised tickets
• Maintain proper tracking and reporting of all tickets
• Plan and execute deep cleaning activities during night shifts or holidays

Skills Required:

• Strong attention to detail
• Team handling and supervision skills
• Basic system/application handling (Nexus or similar)
• Good coordination and reporting ability
