HR Executive

This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Thane. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing policies, and fostering positive employee relations. The role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll, and compliance with applicable labor laws. Additionally, the HR Executive will support organizational growth by ensuring seamless communication across teams and promoting a healthy work environment.

• Prior experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
