Role Overview

We’re looking for an HR Intern who wants real exposure—not just paperwork. You’ll work closely with founders and senior team members to help build HR processes, support hiring, and keep the organization running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (JD drafting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination).
• Support employee onboarding & documentation (joining formalities, records, HRMS updates).
• Help maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
• Track attendance, leaves, and basic payroll inputs (coordination with tools like OrangeHRM / Zoho Payroll).
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Assist in maintaining compliance documents and HR trackers.
• Coordinate with managers for follow-ups and closures—speed matters here.

Who Should Apply

• Final-year students or recent graduates in HR, Management, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills—calling and follow-ups are non-negotiable.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setup.
• Willing to learn HR ops, not afraid to take ownership.
• On-site availability is mandatory.
