About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Manager who will be responsible for managing

recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement while helping build a positive and productive

workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes

• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records

• Maintain attendance, leave management, and HR operations

• Support employee engagement initiatives

• Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures

• Coordinate with management for HR planning and workforce needs

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities

• Good knowledge of HR operations and recruitment

• Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities efficiently

• Positive attitude with a people-focused approach

Education

• BBA / BMS / Graduate

• MBA in Human Resources
