About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven HR Recruiter who has hands-on experience in bulk hiring for BPO roles, specifically for US shift processes. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, and closing positions quickly, with the ability to manage high-volume requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for BPO / Contact Center roles
• Bulk hiring for US shift processes (Sales Lead Closure roles)
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
• Strong focus on employee referral hiring (preferred)
• Screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
• Coordinating with operations and leadership teams to meet hiring targets
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and daily hiring MIS
• Ensuring quick turnaround time and quality hiring

Required Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in BPO recruitment 
• Experience hiring for US shift roles
• Strong exposure to bulk hiring
• Employee referral hiring experience
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
