Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Recruiter at LyfLeap .The HR Recruiter will be responsible for providing End to End recruitment process. It includes screening and conducting interviews, communicating with potential candidates and clients, recruiting top talent, and providing training and support in the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Experience with sourcing techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Experience in training and development
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• 6 months-3 years Experience in the HR or recruitment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
