We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying the best talent across technical and non-technical domains, and supporting various HR functions. • Key Responsibilities
• handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning.
• Conduct telephonic, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain and update the internal database of applicants and employee records.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and ensure timely communication.
• Assist in employer branding, engagement initiatives, and other HR administrative tasks.
• Support campus recruitment drives and walk-in interviews as needed.
• Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's in HR is added advantage
• 1+ Years of experience for experienced professionals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of ATS tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with hiring for engineering or technical roles is a plus.
