Job Title: HR Recruiter – End-to-End Recruitment

Location: Thane (Kasarvadavli)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary:

Proficient Papercraft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills with a good understanding of hiring practices.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle complete end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with department heads
• Follow up with candidates and manage offer roll-outs
• Maintain recruitment database and reports
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• Requirements:Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR recruitment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals and hiring platforms
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of HR operations is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary:₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
