Location: Thane – Kasarvadavli

Experience: 1+ Year

CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment and supporting HR activities.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment process 🧑‍💼
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references
• Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews 📞
• Scheduling interviews with hiring managers
• Coordinating with candidates and maintaining recruitment database
• Follow up with candidates till onboarding
• Maintain recruitment tracker and reports
• Requirements:Minimum 1+ year experience in recruitment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills ✨
• Basic knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Qualification:Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred 🎓
