Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Identify and hire candidates with DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification and non-certified profiles as per business requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.
- Conduct initial screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1 years of experience in recruitment.
- Prior experience in hiring DRA and Non-DRA candidates is mandatory.
- Preference will be given to candidates from the same industry (e.g., BFSI / Collections / NBFC / Recovery domain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
