Job Opening: HR Recruiter
Location: Thane West
Salary: ₹5,000- ₹ 15,000
Working Hours:
Full time :- 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Part time :- 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases
- Screen and shortlist suitable profiles
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients
- Maintain accurate candidate records and follow up regularly
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
