Job Title: HR Recruitment Manager
Location: Shivaami Cloud Services ( Mulund )

Job Summary :-
The Recruitment Manager at Shivaami will lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment function with a strong focus on technical and sales hiring. This role involves developing effective talent acquisition strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring timely and quality hiring to support business growth.
- Key Responsibilities1. Technical & Sales HiringLead and oversee recruitment for all technical, pre-sales, post-sales, and sales positions at Shivaami.
- Work closely with technical and sales leaders to understand job requirements, skill expectations, and role competencies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche technical skillsets and high-volume sales roles.
- 2. Recruitment Process ManagementManage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding coordination.
- Optimize the hiring process to reduce time-to-fill while maintaining quality of hire.
- 3. Team LeadershipManage, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters.
- Set performance targets, review progress, and ensure high productivity and best practices of the recruiters.
- 4. Sourcing & Talent PipelineDevelop sourcing strategies for technical and sales roles using job portals(Linkedin,Naurkri,Shine.Apna,with AI tools etc) , networking, referrals, and social media.
- Build long-term relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- 5. Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with department heads and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs.
- Conduct regular update meetings on hiring progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment trends and market insights.
- 6. Reporting & ComplianceMaintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and weekly/monthly hiring reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment guidelines.
- Manage recruitment budgets effectively and act as per the approval from Management.
- Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR or related field (MBA HR preferred).
- 5–8 years of recruitment experience with strong exposure to technical and sales hiring.
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience managing a small to mid-sized recruitment team.
- Strong understanding of modern sourcing tools, ATS, and hiring methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
