Human Resource Executive

Role: Operational HR & Trainer

Location: Thane

Overview:

Responsible for end-to-end staff management, training, discipline, and team development across salon operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Hiring

• Hire Hairdressers, Beauticians, Helpers, and Receptionists
• Post job openings on portals like Naukri and Indeed
• Conduct interviews and skill assessments
• Select candidates based on skill set and attitude

2. Training & Development (Core Role)

• Onboard and train new staff (technical and behavioral)
• Conduct SOP and service training sessions
• Deliver soft skills training (communication, upselling)
• Organize monthly training workshops
• Create improvement plans for underperforming staff

3. HR Operations

• Manage attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, and incentives
• Plan staff schedules and shift rotations
• Maintain daily operational reports

4. Performance Management

• Set service and sales targets
• Conduct monthly performance reviews
• Plan and implement incentive programs
• Recognize and reward top performers

5. SOP & Discipline

• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs
• Maintain grooming and hygiene standards
• Monitor service quality across branches
• Handle discipline and behavioral concerns

6. Culture & Team Management (Key Focus)

• Build and maintain a positive work culture
• Drive employee engagement and motivation
• Resolve team conflicts effectively
• Focus on improving staff retention

7. Reporting

• Share daily and weekly reports with management
• Maintain performance dashboards
• Track and monitor training progress

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–5 years in HR/Training (Salon, Spa, or Retail preferred)
• Strong communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, English)
• Experience in training and team handling
• Basic knowledge of salon services (hair/skin)

Working Hours:

10 AM – 7 PM (Flexible)

1 weekly off

• Ability to manage multi-branch teams
• Comfortable training both male and female staff
