Experience: 2–3 Years

Industry: Real Estate / Channel Partner

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales and support roles.
• Source and screen candidates primarily through Naukri.com and other job portals.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate databases.
• Ensure timely closures in line with hiring requirements.

Key Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong hands-on experience with the Naukri portal.
• Exposure to sales hiring; real estate experience preferred.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualification:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related discipline.
